An association of graduated nurses from school of Nursing Aba with the purpose of coming together to give back to a school that prepared us to entry into Nursing professional. It was a dream call to duty by one of the graduates in the name of Dr. Chinwe Aniekwe-Ofoleta cohort of 1980B in 2018 due to frustration in the situation she met while visiting the school in 2017 . She hoped to get assistance to get data collection from participants aided by the school but the school atmosphere could not enable such. She left and used other avenue in Abia State. In 2018, after she returns to US, she started making calls to some of her friends which lead to creation of a WhatsApp group, that gave birth to what is today SONAAA.
Our vision is to create a global alumni association with regions in Nigeria , USA and Europe. The engagement enables, promotes, advocate and nurture a strong, proud also engaged community of a lifelong relationships.
